Do you work with clinics outside Trinidad?

Yes. ClinicEng currently works with clinics in Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and the Bahamas, and takes on new engagements anywhere in the English-speaking Caribbean where we can understand the local patient base, referral culture, and insurance landscape.

The system was built inside Wardsphysiocore in Trinidad and Tobago and now runs for clinics across the region. We're fluent in Caribbean patient behaviour — how people find a physio via WhatsApp referrals, why the map pack matters more than blog SEO, and how insurance and cash pricing interact.

Where we don't

Not a fit outside the Caribbean — yet.

We turn down clinics in North America and the UK. Patient acquisition dynamics, ad costs, and regulatory environments differ enough that our playbook wouldn't translate cleanly. When that changes, we'll say so here.
