My husband runs Wardsphysiocore, a physiotherapy clinic in Trinidad and Tobago. I'm a marketer — so naturally, I assist with the marketing. I built ClinicEng because he needed it. For three years I watched him cobble together a marketing system from freelancers, agencies and late nights. How long does it take to see results?

First bookings from paid ads usually arrive in the first 2–3 weeks after launch. Steady-state numbers settle around month three.

What's your minimum contract?

Six months. Anything shorter doesn't give the system time to compound.

Do you work with clinics outside Trinidad & Tobago?

Yes — currently Barbados and Jamaica. Anywhere in the Caribbean where I can understand your patient base.

What if my clinic is small?

If you're a solo practitioner without admin support, the system is too heavy. We're a fit once you have at least one other full-time clinician.

Do I need to be on Instagram already?

No. We'll build the account from scratch if needed. What matters more is that you're willing to record one filming day per month.

Who owns the assets?

You do. The site, the ad accounts, the CRM, the content library — all under your name from day one.

How is this different from a regular marketing agency?
